UNIKA introduces its real estate advisory approach, team and destinations, and provides a way to discuss property plans. Sending an enquiry does not reserve a property, create an agency agreement or commit you to a purchase. Any services, fees or property transaction terms must be agreed separately.

Descriptions, availability, prices and other property information, when shown, must be confirmed for the particular property before you rely on them. Images used for atmosphere or property inspiration do not establish that a property is offered by UNIKA. The homepage hero is an illustrative architectural concept generated with AI. Destination and inspiration photographs are not listings.
